I see Claude has gone to a whole new level with the hallucinations, making shit up I never said in the prompt, arguing it to itself, acting upon it as if I said it, then reasoning it back out to me as part of it's response.

I see Claude has gone to a whole new level with the hallucinations, making shit up I never said in the prompt, arguing it to itself, acting upon it as if I said it, then reasoning it back out to me as part of it's response. Makes the hallucination buried in the reasoning, rather than just out there in the response. Madness.
