@thoughtdesk Welcome, I think you'll love it here. You've been given good advice here already. I esp recommend following lots and lots of people and hashtags to start with. Find someone you are interested in and check out who they're following and also follow their followers. Prune out what doesn't excite you once your feed is well populated. And of course use #AltText to be inclusive and further your connections.
