@jbrains I went back to it from time to time, probably some form of exponential back-off!
The things that stuck were:
- Capture is all-important; get it out of your head as soon as it arrives there.
- 4 Ds for processing: Do it (<2 mins), Delegate it, Defer it, or Delete it
- A Project has a Goal; when it's done you can archive it
- A Theme is ongoing; recurring reminders work well
- 'Natural planning' is cool
Where I failed was _everything else_! In particular I never got Next Actions.
