I'm one of those audiophiles who go on about speaker settings and placement, cables and DACs to play all my vinyl and high bitrate music, and force people listen to 'my incredible setup'. -
As I got a new #bike, I installed a new #cadence sensor (as I forgot to move over the old one when trading it in), and noticed they recommended a cadence of 100+Like wtf?!?@michael Everybody's got a different sweet spot in cadence. 50, on the other hand, seems very low. You could give it a try and measure your times using a high and a low gear e.g. climbing a hill.
