New users could ignore them if they wanted.I'd like both the local and global views restored for me, if possible.I relied on the serendipity these views availed as a window to the Fediverse, allowing the discovery of new people, interests that I couldn't search for because I probably don't know about; ones that are not necessarily trending.I would have understood a scaling justification, though.#restoreTheWorldStream
