The fatal flaw with democracy is that the skills required to convince people to vote for you are completely unrelated to the skills required to successfully run a country.@anon_opin that's the point of a political party, a group of like minded individuals group together and choose someone to be the front man and then when elected, the best for the job within that party get to work.
