@joel Hmmm. Just depends on what experience you need to round it out.
Mario Pinball Land, GBA, is a nice mix of pick-up-and-play and progression play and adds a pinball vibe.
Bookworm (GBA version) is a great pickup game too.
Some version of Tetris or Panel de Pon would be a strong contender.
RPG, like Golden Sun.
Puzzler like Lost Vikings or Lemmings.

This line made me giggle, maybe because I'm still loopy from being sick, but it makes it sound like only the power of a spreadsheet could truly confirm what 6 divided by 43 is.
