I rewatched "The Big Lebowski" (1998) with my wife recently. She had never seen it. When I first watched it, I loved it. I don't think she loved it nearly as much as I did. She felt she should watch it as part of the "American Cultural Experience".She asked me what I found appealing in it? I liked that there were just absolutely bonkers characters in it to make "The Dude" seem completely normal. Also, it has a nice philosophical message. But maybe it's just a "guy's movie"? What do you think?
