@jwildeboer of course it is already a large potential userbase to start with, and work out the kinks in the system. But to become successful, also for international payments, it has to be rolled out further, which will take time.

For now it is only Germany, France and Belgium. It will take a few years before it will be wider available. Here in the Netherlands, we only see a Wero logo next to the iDEAL logo, and it will be during 2027 before we actually see anything from it.
But it definitely is an interesting development.
