It's a special day when I look on Guts UK Charity website and see my story with Barrett's oesophagus on there.

It says everything I wanted it to say and helps to raise awareness of the condition.

I'm also happy to be involved in the upcoming webinar on Barrett's and oesophageal cancer coming up later this week.

Peter's story - Barrett's oesophagus - Guts UK

After an endoscopy, Peter was diagnosed with Barrett's oesophagus. The diagnosis was sent in a letter, with very little explanation. It simply said I had a small segment of Barrett’s oesophagus.
