Did I hear correctly that Houston is a Chartered Accountant. If this is true I would seriously look at another accountant considering the mess he is leaving us tax payers.
Saw the interview regarding the Halifax buss pass and the Education Ministers response. Did not do well in Math let that sink in when they look at education budgets.
