@azonenberg Loved those blower style cards. Pumped the hot air right out of the case, instead of recirculating it!

Biopsy done! They’re still mostly convinced it’s not melanoma, but glad to have out just in case. Results in a week.

In other news, I can’t feel much of my arm. Which is weird. Apparently I’m oddly immune to anaesthetic, so they have to use more. Yay!

Commodore 64 fans! I seem to remember someone made a bracket to add an SD2IEC slot in the side bracket where the joystick ports are, so you don’t need to cut/mod the case.

I’m only finding 3D print models, but I’m *sure* I saw an internal SD2IEC kit with the bracket. Anyone know? My web search foo is failing me.

    (Otherwise happy to build one).

Good news everyone! What I was terrified was a melanoma was benign.

Still worth checking though, especially if you live in Australia, the land of sunshine and UV.

Great question. My daily driver is my work-provided machine, which runs macOS.

My "personal" daily driver is a ThinkPad with FreeBSD, and a writing machine with NetBSD.

I so badly wanted these as a kid. Being an adult sucks in many ways, but being able to fulfil these silly childhood dreams is awesome.
