making games is really interesting because it's just a long string of "I want the player to be able to do this" and then you have to figure out "what happens if the player can do this?" and code in every answer because it's up to you what will happen

very interested to see if this results in players going "nooo I'm trying to solve the puzzle, I gotta get rid of this puzzle block" and then go into "wait I can just attack the enemy with the puzzle????" it *might* be OP though, we'll see

working on being able to pick up and place objects so you can solve puzzles and I was like "ok, but you can't place stuff inside walls. what if you're under attack from an enemy and need to get rid of the puzzle block?"

then I realized, just put the puzzle block on the enemy and damage it that way

the only "vibe coding" anyone should be doing is if they get some edibles and then go "you know what? it'd be cool to write code." that's how the save system in shield cat was written
