@paul The item that stands out to me is the ram. 8GB wasn’t enough 6 years ago. Can people make it work? Yes, but not well. I might give it a pass at 12GB, compromises can be made, but 16GB should be the minimum.
Everything else is reasonable compromises for a Chromebook competitor that runs macOS.
@randahl Hopefully those in charge never figure out that Lithium is.
@briankrebs Not sure if I’d approve this if I were involved, but I’d at least put a requirement that anything they have on their service is made available on at least one competing independent (inter?)national streaming service without view restrictions at the same time. And this would be required for at least 10 years. Extreme fines minimum fines if not followed. Additional terms and conditions would be there as well.
@briankrebs People will leave you alone more often first thing in the morning :). I don’t care which they choose, but wish they’d pick one. Businesses and agencies,etc will adapt to the clocks as they see fit either way.
