@zzt@mas.to simply add the line options snd_hda_intel power_save=0 power_save_controller=N to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and delete .local/state/wireplumber. Also stop using all your usb 2.0 ports. That should-- oh that didn't help? Motherboard swap time ig
