I blocked several channels that i kind of liked but they were too aggressive with ads and my mind won't tolerate that so I'm actually ok not seeing them anymore.
At this point i haven't even seen 'ad three' in months, so either it's figured out my niche or it's afraid I'll stop watching. Either way I'm happy

When i stopped paying for YouTube premium i started getting ads and i hate ads, so i figured i would set some rules (not sure how relevant it is but i watch on my TV)
1. Nope out of ads for companies i just really really don't like (this is extremely subjective and I'm not very consistent)
2. Nope out of ads that are more than 12 seconds long
3. Try again after a nope, but never more than three times
4. If the third try still sucks block the channel
5. If I've blocked 3 channels stop watching YouTube for a couple hours

Billions of dollars spent trying to make deterministic machines generate random words that could be confused for having meaning and intent. The entire premise is "we want a machine that fools people" and people act like it's a miracle when they get fooled by it

I mean, Mozilla stated publicly that they were confused at the concept of "consent" when people asked them not to put AI in their products. That might be a reason to put a pause on trust... How much better are the new user agreements for Firefox than chromium now that they are selling our data? (Honest question, i don't know) How will they change in the future? There is a trend now

I like Vivaldi (it's chromium)
I also like Water Fox but i think they're riding a sinking codebase.

So the way i see it, i choose the system that ruined Firefox or i stay with a ruined Firefox, and I'm not looking to be a martyr for my browser politics (i am doing that for too many other things already)

Without reading anything i will assume Trump simply doesn't like Elon because he said Trump was in the Epstein files. Or it may be that he doesn't like TSA workers. Actually i think it's both.

If Elon had a gift for Trump it would be accepted. That he's offering to fix a problem just points out that Trump has problems. Let's not pretend the law matters at all here

Good stuff but i disagree with the conclusion. I don't think they will legislate their way out of this if Trump keeps announcing fiscal policy with executive memos -- they have to impeach him
