EFF is appalled by how quickly and uncritically internet restrictions are being adopted around the world, David Greene told CNET.@eff my nephew in the small teens has literally been using YouTube to learn programming. While a lot of content on YouTube is of questionable quality, this would actually hinder his ability to learn a useful skill were it to happen in his country.
