On a similar note, houses of worship have a long tradition in disobedience. So even if you resent the notion of organized religion, your local church, mosque or synagogue is a good place to build networks of disobedience. You have the space to house and hide people, go tell your local imam/rabbi/pastor, as they are not only bound by confidentiality, they are where many people in need turn to.
