making bad, bad choices too in that i have #MCAS and though it’s been better, i still worry about trying foods. and i had 1/2 a slice of vegan pizza. so pray for me lol. don’t want to only eat 12 foods for your life? don’t get #LongCovid which means DONT GET COVID!
