@wdormann I certainly take your point, but walk the floor of any casino in Vegas and virtually all of the machines have that sort of cartoonish motif. I guess it's meant to encourage users to shift their brain into neutral...

️ System 76.After my five year old laptop crashed while attempting to upgrade to the new version of Pop!_OS, I called their office for tech support and created a ticket.
Within about 45 minutes, a human living in the same country I do called me, patiently explained the problem and solutions, and then proceeded to field another question unrelated to why I had originally called.
You're not going to find that kind of support from many companies, much less tech companies.
