I'm looking for alternatives to GitHub. One part are public repos. I also need some private ones. And some free CI/CD capacity would be nice.

Clearly, there is GitLab. But which other alternatives are there?

I heard a lot about Codeberg. But no specifics only that people moved there. What are the reasons to move there?
