@gary_alderson If I had a proper server, I’d totally consider adding something like PolarProxy, it’s a cool idea!
But on an SBC I’m afraid I’d just turn the poor thing into a space heater

Starting a new experiment: turning a Raspberry Pi into a “privacy gateway” you connect to from your PC, so all traffic goes through a VPN (and whatever extra layers I add later).

A tiny box sitting between you and the Internet, filtering and protecting everything.

Let’s see where this goes

@moses_izumi Nope, BashCore isn’t leaving the Debian ecosystem at all, this is just a parallel experiment. I also build OS images for SBCs, so I like to explore different approaches in my spare time. Debian is still very much part of the main BashCore path

Compiling yet another Buildroot image I’m 99% sure will fail… but at least this time the soundtrack is Sunshine by Alice in Chains, so the suffering feels poetic ️

If the build breaks, at least the vibe doesn’t 🤟
