I'm pretty sure you can turn all of this stuff off in Firefox. You can make it not use information across tabs so it's not actually checking where you've been or storing it anywhere if you don't want it to. There's also an AI kill switch in it. I have add ons that skip ads and sponsorship bits in YouTube videos. And I've changed my default search to DuckDuckGo's No AI url. But if you don't like any of that, maybe look at Waterfox, instead. I'm finding my experience with Firefox is just so much better. I don't get any AI crap in my searches and youtube videos are actually watchable because there's no ads.
