I can’t believe that I have to say this. Medical transition for trans kids doesn’t happen at school and it doesn’t happen without parental consent.

It’s very rare for trans kids under 18 to get surgery.

Trans kids generally do not get puberty blockers and/or hormones until they hit puberty.

When we are talking about trans kids (under 16) doing things without parental consent, it is just changing names and pronouns.
