@mira@kumis.industries liberals love to focus on 'reducing regulation' to build more housing without ever understanding that between existing housing and unused and unrenovated commercial space there is more than enough housing stock. Instead of focusing on building actual affordable housing, however, developers will always build more suburban McMansions and luxury condos, because the final motivation is always profit.
