@matratype so it may just be my Pixelfed client, but it just displays my feed as one long stream, whereas in Flickr I get a few shots from each group’s photos as a lump in my feed, letting me then go in and see what that group’s been doing. Also, there are discussions within groups, which is nice, especially for camera specific groups. Pixelfed doesn’t feel quite like it does that side of thing as well. Also, searching through images by lens etc. is easier, which is a thing I like to do if I’m considering wasting a bunch more money on kit I don’t really need
