Iran is a theocracy. It is likely to stay a theocracy. There is no viable replacement for Khamenei that is friendly to the US/Israel.Killing Khamenei takes us from bad to likely worse. Quality healthcare shouldn't be this way. It doesn't have to be this way. It's only this way because of greed. Period.Things were worse before the ACA, but the ACA hasn't made healthcare remotely equitable in the US. Quality, timely healthcare is a human right. Period. /FIN
