@lutzen@mastodon.social I want to ask how to properly fry sweet potato, because when I tried I ended with a soft, squishy mess. Sweet potato chips are easy, but fries? Can't do it right.
I'll write down the sour cream recipe because it never occurred to me to do some, thanks!
