A Common miss-understanding is that you can have "multiple" VCF versions within a single Offline Depot. In my setup, I've got 9.0.1, 9.0.2 and 9.1.0VCF Download Tool (VCFDT) does heavy lift by pulling down latest metadata & binaries, simply append to offline depot#VCF91
