@kirakira Yea, more often than not. But it's a crap shoot. I've been on some that are 25°C (78°F) and some that feel like 15°C. I always bring a light jacket or blanket if I can, and generally try to dress for the destination (while being being appropriate to the colder location).

@kirakira even better they are made to a specific set of like 8 keys that TSA can unlock at will (of course there is no way a non TSA employee could ever obtain or print those keys)
