So I've been finding, in my dives into using Emacs and Emacspeak more, that Emacspeak actually uses some tools that are quite old and abandonned.

@pixelate Is #emacspeak something worth learning if I am a terminal user? I am worried that because this tool chain may not be maintained I might be too late the the party and if I start now the technology will be aging out.
