Given that the average snooker club table is not 100% level and does not have a cloth without dirt and other obstacles, it's super frustrating to work on your snooker technique when you're not sure if you're doing it wrong, or if it's the table.
Not unlike when you're writing custom Drupal code and it's not working and you're not sure if you're doing it wrong, or it's Drupal (core/contrib/...).
@afilina For what it's worth, Cory Doctorov uses https://deflect.ca/, and I have it on my list for if/when I need CF-like protection.
It might suit your purposes and they might be happy to accommodate community projects.
