@josephcox Last year I got a paid MSDN license at work. I wanted to run Windows in a VM, but the site didn’t give me any product keys. Instead, it just errored out.I contacted support, who told me that they had reviewed my case, and would not be able to grant access. Then they closed the ticket.I opened a new ticket and insisted that it’s unacceptable to have paid for a product and then not receive it. They closed that one _without notifying me_.I never got the license key, so we basically paid the full yearly MSDN cost for nothing in return.Used to be a time when Microsoft still wanted developers on their platforms. Doesn’t seem to be the case any longer.
