@tsrono it was, I especially appreciated how they were all acoustic not having to “plug in”, no knobs to tweak!
Last night was probably my 12th time seeing performances at this venue. Even with all of the street traffic and parking lot activity going on outside, it can be very quiet and accommodating inside.
I’ve seen more standup bass acts than anything else, all starting with CJ Boyd back in 2015……but last night being my first double bass show.

@tsrono my buddy has been her MD and keyboard player since the very beginning. He’s on the TV show 5 day per week.
The violin player has been in Reba’s band for 20+ years I believe. When Reba wasn’t touring, she played in Martina McBrides touring band……anywho I guess she is now doing some one off’s for KC.

@tsrono I was off last night, sound-a-woke around 0430 and decided to pound the pavement. I’m going to try and walk 1.5-3 miles 4-5 days a week, gearing up for a four day Louisiana golf trip with my dad, brother and two buddies from San Antonio.
One of our 3-4 days of straight golf features 36 holes in a single day. Anyway, rarely play three rounds in a month so walking now helps my lower back/golf swing when needed.
We typically play Lake Charles, Kinder and Lafayette.
