  • It just keeps getting better 🙌🏻 Here's what's new in the latest Affinity update 🤩

Nice that they are actually fixing user reported bugs.

That was always been my biggest issue with Serif, they fix bugs their QA team find, but ignore user reported bugs for years. New features are nice (like selections to paths for example), but fixing bugs that cost the user time are incredibly important too.

Hopefully they will continue this going forward. More boring bug fixes please.

  • Talking about #cycling, perhaps it's all too serious now.

I suggest following more bicycle tourers on YouTube instead, where they're cycling around the world in sandals. Much more interesting.

  • Oh boy, #Naturehike's product lineup is confusing.

Unless they've changed the design, the Cloud Up doesn't pitch as one. It's necessary to pitch the inner first, then the outer, rather than pitching the outer and inner together. Something to keep in mind in case it's something that bothers you.

  • @ThermiteBeGiants I saw the chap in the below video using what looks like a fabric bag holder, with roll-top dry bags in them.

Appears they're Rockgeist Microwave Panniers – and as predicted ludicrously expensive.

Microwave Panniers are a from-scratch rethinking of micro panniers. Modular, ultra-secure, truly waterproof, and super light.

I also don't think it's possible to just buy the fabric holsters.

I saw the chap in the below video using what looks like a fabric bag holder, with roll-top dry bags in them. I though it looked pretty neat.

However, I don't know who makes them, or recognise the logo. That said, whenever I've looked neat setups I've seen in bikepacking videos before, they usually turn out to be more expensive than just buying Ortlieb Back-Rollers…
