Turning into summer quickly over here. Listening to the local garden radio show and it is a wealth of long-term local gardening information. They said that the number of chill hours (below 32) needed for fruit trees was substantially less than previous records — tracked over 40 years. Caturday cuteness but today is going to be all about planting Dahlias. So much digging — so many T-posts — and setting up half-ass irrigation (that’s really all I can manage). I gift myself today: no weeding. I tend to focus so much on Weeds that I neglect the super fun part of Gardening. The weeds will still be there tomorrow. #gardening #caturday
