Ich hätte als Polizei deutlich empfohlen, das Plakat einzuklappen und neu zu formulieren.

Vielleicht schafft die Verteidigung, eine Gegenbeleidigung nach § 199 StGB geltend zu machen, falls das geht.

@speckmantel@social.anoxinon.de Bzgl. Plakat: Nun ist es im Strafverfahren. Vielleicht wird es eingestellt. Ansonsten könnte man vllt. mit § 199 StGB eine abstrakte Ausgangsbeleidigung konstruieren. Z. B. könnte eine pauschalisierende Herabwürdigung Jugendlicher im Zuge des Social-Media-Verbots als § 185 gelten, auf die zu reagieren das Plakat abzielt, wobei die Demo die nächstmögliche Gelegenheit „auf der Stelle“ darstellte. Also, nicht dass ich den sexistische Spruch gutheiße; die Person sollte sich definitiv überlegen, wie sie inhaltlich besser den eigentlich kritisierten Sachverhalt ausdrücken kann.

It seems to help PostmarketOS which is a systemd-only distribution which supports lots of exotic devices.

Unification seems to be the actual point which commercial cooperations like, for which reason the systemd lead developer was paid by Microsoft for 2022 to 2026.

„Never specific, always generic“ isnt necessarily environment-friendly, though.

I for my part prefer systemd free operating systems which differ on a wide variety of concepts.
