@EdwinG afaik most other countries require this? I'm a tri-national and when travelling to the country issuing the passport I always use my passport for that country. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/dual-canadian-citizens-visit-canada.html Canada requires you to have your passport or some documentation that proves citizenship (like a birth certificate). https://usacs-info.com/en-ca/topics/dual-citizenship/ US requires US passport for citizens, https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias/ltr/about-etias/news-corner/Dual-citizenship-and-ETIAS.html EU requires you travel on EU country passport.

Real talk, why has there never been a major independence movement in Puerto Rico?@javensbukan I think there has been a general fear of independence due to things like the Ponce massacre where pro independence Puerto Rican have been killed by the police / government. Also if you trust the referendums (which are pretty controversial) in the last one ~30% voted for independence which is a sizeable amount of the population.
What qualifies as a major independence movement?
