@Veza85UE @EUCommission good question, I have no idea! In Germany, where I used to live and work as a paramedic, the agents of the emergency hotline were well paid and highly qualified (medical background + work experience in emergency services + extra training)

@EUCommission wish it would work everywhere. Here in Portugal, they hang up on you 50% of the time
