I enjoy pottering about with computers, despite not being any sort of expert, I love listening to lots and lots of music, walking the dog, swimming, and trying to keep my ageing body, and my wobbly brain in some kind of order with a ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. I was late diagnosed Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Autistic Spectrum Disorder on top of an impressive array of mental illness at the age of Fifty-Four.
