It doesn't require a doctorate to tell that someone is suffering from stress, but a doctor is precisely the person we need to understand the sources and ramifications of stress and point us in the proper direction. Not just tips and tricks that may have helped others.

@fribbledom Did you get one in the end?I can't really recommend one in particular.We wore out a Breville one at uni last century we used it so much, the non-stick surface became non-stick.No idea what they are like these days.We have a sort of panini-press one by Breville now, and it's ok, but it won't seal the edges like a proper toastie maker.
