@briankrebs Do you know if this applies to tourists during layover? I had to have a layover in LA (from memory) years ago, and even back then (as a young teen) they took my fingerprints, before we were shuffled into a holding pen for a few hrs, then back onto the plane. On another note, I travelled to China recently with my kids, and they didn't have to have fingerprints taken. Very weird, now I think back to it.
