Will they also use headset traffic to check if the customer is being abusive? I absolutely DNGAF whether a worker says please or thank you. I don't go to BK to have my social needs met.

My thinking as a larval geek was greatly influenced by FidoNet (and radical-to-me idea that one could run FTNs). When I saw a tj show up in my feed I though "surely not THAT tom jennings..." Very pleased to have been wrong.

I've converted my library to ebooks; Visual Display is one of the (very) few books I kept in physical format.
