I'm against any idea giving them. Dishonesty and greed caused that. Most of rich people don't spend their money on humanitarian nor tax not even Zakat. That's why economy plummeting. If tax only pulled from the rich and Zakat collected and distributed correctly, economy will be in balance. There's a good reason why God asks 2.5% of your wealth.
