On January 13, Trump told Iranian protestors, "HELP IS ON THE WAY. And then, he didn't send help. Iran killed 30,000 protestors bc Trump didn't deliver on that promise. Today, Trump says, "A whole civilization will die today, never to be brought back again."

In 50 years, if humanity lives that long, it will be conventional wisdom that this World War started at least by 2022.

I don't think Trump's disappearance THIS TIME is a scandal. They needed to maintain operational security to carry out the rescue. He can't control his yap. So, you keep him away from the public.

A worthwhile CNN report of how badly Jeanine Pirro is doing at prosecuting cases suggests it arises from juries' skepticism. Along the way, tho, it goes to great lengths to claim that this is politics and not the absurdity of SOME of the cases Juicebox Jeanine is pursuing, like the cat toy case.

This story almost exclusively comes via a Ukrainian lens, which is unfortunate not least bc if it is true, it raises questions abt whether Rubio is pushing the Trump boys' unproven drone business over Ukraine's proven success, with all that would imply.

It is genuinely interesting that his insane rant extended his floating deadline to up the war crimes AND ALSO he attempted his Monday morning market juice-and-trade by claiming there'll be peace on Monday.

AN example of how to quote his tweet: Donald Trump moved his deadline (reiterated Saturday) to start committing war crimes by 24-hours--"Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one"--even while admitting that he cannot reopen the Strait of Hormuz himself.

The reality is that Trump has tried to con his way through this war, without outrageous post after outrageous post. And while he succeeded in juicing markets (with diminishing effect), he remains helpless to unfuck the problem he created, which should be a big part of the focus.
