if you, as instance admin, don't want to be burst into wet scraps at any given moment, simply fork the software and write the feature yourself??? :smh: the privilege is real

GtS to add a new button that causes the instance admin to immediately burst. Fedi instance admins have it too easy, let's burst 'em.

The feature is opt-out obviously (by default anyone can burst you at any time without auth).
