also it has dingy abandoned underground labs containing eldritch horrors you can read about and just casually free with absolutely zero scripting and that's awesome
I totally did not end my test run by accidentally breaking an scp out of containment while fiddling with a terminal before figuring out what I had just done
I really like the ui design and the gameplay seems really tight
I love the attention to detail in not giving you a HUD until you find or buy headwear or armor that actually provides one
and in terms of accessibility to new players this is probably as good as it gets, you're concisely taught the essentials in your first minutes of playing and the rest is mentioned in item tooltips
oh also I REALLY like how ("human"..? can't really call them humans now can I) enemies are as weak to gunfire as you are, it's just an instant recipe for fun gunplay that feels balanced
