@ZachWeinersmith Antarctica is the number one place to find meteorites (you find a rock on the ice sheet, where else can it come from but space?). It is a source of knowledge about space that is substantially cheaper than going out there!

@martinslavik I also have never heard of it. Why do people submit papers to obscure journals, what is the benefit?

@adamsteer @michcampbell @koen_hufkens I set boundaries early on, which my PHD supervisor respected and encouraged, but someone else on my committee did not. They ended up writing a comment on one of my papers! It is not necessary to be on all the time.
