@otterX I’ve had pretty good luck this Winter from spraying my citrus trees with a diluted soapy water mixture:
One or two pumps of Dawn dish soap into a spray bottle of tap water.
I’ve been spraying every time or every other time they’re watered, letting the soapy water sit for 5-10 minutes until it starts to evaporate, then rinsing with plain tap water and watering.
