Hanging out in the waiting room while my wife is having some orthodontist stuff done. Then they started locking down the building because there was some guy outside talking crazy and saying he was going to kill people

But - great news - he moved off toward a school so we're all-clear here

Went to #CrossFit this morning

No rucking today - one of my buddies who works in the machinery of organ donation had this excuse for why she couldn't make it:

"Waiting for a donor to expire to determine if I can ruck or not"

"Donor died, going on perfusion machine, not able to ruck in the AM"

Obviously I'm sorry for the donor and their family, but that's one of the best excuses to skip a workout I've ever heard

My wife got a summons for jury duty and I spent a lot of time teasing her about it

It has been a couple of years, but the last time I had jury duty the WiFi was actually really good so I got a bunch of work done. I brought a power strip which made me very popular because there weren't enough outlets

So that's my pro-tip - bring a power strip to jury duty if you want to be a hero
